COO-CPMO Portfolio Management Lead

Park Lane Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our COO-CPMO department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making through aggregated reporting on capability definition and delivery.
- Support the development process of our capability programmes by providing CFC portfolio level information.
- Populate data models for dashboards and reporting artifacts to meet the Agency's strategic information needs.
- Coordinate with Functional and Business Areas to ensure alignment with CFCDGM and the Agency's common funded capabilities Portfolio.
- Support the CFC demand forecast and deputize for higher grade staff as required.
- A currently active NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as Business Management, Scientific or Engineering, with 3 years of post-related experience; or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by 10 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
- Professional certificates in Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 (or equivalent) and Management of Successful Programmes (MSP) (or equivalent) are required.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a programme or portfolio office is necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, coordinating, and completing work assignments in a timely manner, as well as working successfully with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
