Your Role in Our Team
As our IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our network and systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN optimization.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and systems, ensuring they meet our business needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard our systems and data.
- Provide technical support to users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Network/System Administrator, with a solid background in IT.
- Expertise in network protocols, system architecture, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- Skills in Subnet Masks, Server 2016+, VMware, Firewalls, Switches, VPN, Active Directory (GPO and Domain services), Office 365, Azure, DNS, and DHCP.
- Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, or similar are highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with proficiency in both Dutch and English.
