Overview

In this role, you will be the contact person for all administrative matters, ensuring seamless support for our operations team and smooth coordination between internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Handle tasks in the operations department to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Inbound & Outbound Planning: Plan and manage the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse, considering multiple departments, operational processes, and customer KPIs.
  • Order Planning: Plan and release daily orders, advise on resources and capacity, and ensure the warehouse meets all KPIs.
  • Processing Shipments: Manage paperwork and documentation for shipments, handle deviations or damages.
  • Reporting: Provide valuable insights and reports to optimize inbound and outbound operations.
  • Receiving Visitors and Drivers: Welcome drivers and visitors, register shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with operations, customer service, and other stakeholders for seamless collaboration.

Requirements

We are looking for an MBO+ educated professional with experience in logistics, fluent in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of logistics warehouse processes, Quality Management System (KMS), and problem-solving skills are essential.
