About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team at the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and internal customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to guests and internal customers at all times.
  • Handle guest and internal customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
  • Seating, presenting menu, taking orders, and serving guests.
  • Compute bills on MICROS and accept payments.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year experience working in the hospitality industry.
  • A degree in Hospitality or Tourism is highly preferred.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and a hands-on mentality.
  • Great language and communication skills in English and, preferably, in Dutch.
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country.
