Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Administrator to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Documentation Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the engineering department in managing controlled documentation of engineering and operations in compliance with corporate standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities- Support the engineering department in creating and updating documentation in Windchill and SAP, as well as creating and updating supply items in SAP.
- Manage data, procedures, and/or processes related to function, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and implement process and procedure changes in SOPs, WIs, and KSDs, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Coordinate, organize, and/or lead administrative tasks in support of functional area, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
- May assist professional and technical staff with special projects, providing support and guidance as needed.
- MBO 3 or MBO 4 (Intermediate vocational education)
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Organized in planning and executing activities and detail oriented/accurate
- Can work both independent and in a team environment
- Good understanding of GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
- Strong, proactive work ethic, self-motivating
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management Systems (e.g. Windchill, Oracle, Siemens) is highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
