Job Title: QA/QC Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at HSE Consulting Sp. z o.o. in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Technical Review: Review and approve technical documents, including welding maps, welding logs, isometrics, and other relevant documents.
  • Subcontractor Management: Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet qualifications and competencies.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project construction aspects, including inspections, material submissions, and documentation.
  • Cost Management: Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
  • Warehouse and Equipment Management: Assist in managing construction warehouse operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement to the Construction Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients and construction personnel to implement project requirements effectively.
  • Training and Induction: Ensure training and induction for construction personnel.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain equipment compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Defect and Progress Reporting: Record and report defects, progress, and cost metrics.
  • Site Surveys and HSE Inspections: Participate in and support site surveys and HSE inspections.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams.
