Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to lead our integration platform development team. As a key member of our organization, you will design and implement advanced integration platforms on the Google Cloud Platform, utilizing Apigee for API management and serverless functions in Python for efficient and scalable integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement: Develop and maintain the integration platform on our Google Cloud Platform, focusing on utilizing Apigee for API management and serverless functions in Python.
  • Optimize and Scale: Identify opportunities for optimization and scalability of the integration platform, implementing enhancements to meet growing demands.
  • Troubleshoot and Support: Resolve technical issues and provide support to internal teams using the integration platform, ensuring maximum availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with various teams to understand our organization's integration needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Mentor: Mentor junior team members in their technical and professional development.
Requirements
  • Experience and Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud technologies, preferably the Google Cloud Platform. Profound knowledge of Apigee and experience in building serverless functions in Python are essential.
  • Passion for Innovation: A constant desire to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively in English and Dutch.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
