We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Director of Data Insights, requiring a minimum of 7 years' experience in the medical communications or commercial healthcare fields. This position reports directly to the head of digital and plays a pivotal role within the Adelphi in Healthcare Engagement Group. You will spearhead the formulation of data and insights strategies in collaboration with our accounts and business development teams, while also overseeing the utilization of various internal and external insights platforms to enhance our medical communications offerings.

Job Purpose
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our agency and client teams in prioritizing insights in their operations. You will define and implement best practices for insights across our agency teams and client projects, while also aiding client teams in proactively identifying and delivering insights in areas such as the pharmaceutical landscape, key therapeutic areas, educational needs of healthcare professionals, communications tracking, and analytics. Additionally, you will drive and deliver digital impact as part of the Engagement Group.
Outline Job Role
- Lead the advancement of engagement insights within medical communications.
- Establish collaborative processes and relationships to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our agencies' client portfolio.
- Support the definition and application of market and audience insights, journey planning, content strategy, omnichannel strategy, tactical planning, and measurement planning and delivery for medical communications and strategic publications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop data dashboards.
- Provide knowledge sharing, learning, and education internally to teams across Adelphi in Healthcare.
- Manage your workflow within agency project teams, ensuring a balanced delivery of projects utilizing both internal and external resources.
- This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required.
Proficient understanding of digital delivery channels and media is essential.
Experience in a creative digital environment and omnichannel communication programs is necessary, along with a proven track record of successfully executing client projects with meticulous attention to detail.
