Job Title: HPGR Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HPGR Process Engineer to join our team at Weir Minerals Netherlands. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing beneficiation process flowsheets to achieve targeted extraction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HPGR test work quotations and execution management
  • Analysis and reporting of test results, simulation of solutions
  • HPGR sizing and all required process flowsheet and integrated solutions support
  • On-site process audit to identify improvement opportunities
  • On-site commissioning and service process support
  • Support the sales team in doing TOC and ROI calculations
  • Global networking in the comminution world
  • Identify (business) development opportunities and report them to product management.
  • Support and organize HPGR product trainings and seminar presentations.
Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Mineral processing, Mining Engineering, Applied Earth Science, Metallurgy or similar
  • Several years of experience (preferred)
  • Excellent command of English language (verbal and writing)
  • Good command on MS office programs,
  • Good command of mineral processing simulation softwares (such as JKSimMet, Aggflow)
  • Willing to travel frequently to customers, sites and test centers
