We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Formulation Technician II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Tilburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and production of commercial medicines in soft gel capsules.

About the Role

As a Formulation Technician II, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with our team to ensure the efficient production of high-quality soft gel capsules. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing new formulations and processes to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and quality control
  • Conducting experiments and analyzing data to optimize production processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of production processes and quality control results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of GMP and EH&S principles
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on science or technology
