About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to drive strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement, working closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Workday specifications.
  • Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
  • Collaborate on the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations, as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.

About You:

  • You possess strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
  • You have proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence is highly valued.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

About Your Compensation:
