About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to drive strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.
About Your Responsibilities:
- You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement, working closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Workday specifications.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
- Collaborate on the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations, as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
About You:
- You possess strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
- You have proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence is highly valued.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
About Your Compensation:
