Job DescriptionIn this role as IT Project Management Officer, you will support IT project managers by delivering relevant project governance principles and help improve project management maturity across the IT Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating projects, including proposal drafting, planning, and budgeting
- Liaising between IT project managers and business controllers
- Monitoring project progress, identifying dependencies, and mitigating risks
- Reporting insights to IT management on project status, development, risks, and issues
- Managing stakeholders from both business and IT
- Supporting IT project managers during project finalization, including lessons learned and document archiving
- Maintaining IT project information for the IT Project Management Team Lead
- Oncboarding new IT project managers with regards to processes, templates, and tools
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably complemented with project management qualifications
- Five to ten years of experience in project management and portfolio management in a large, international organization
- Sound knowledge of PMBOK, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, and experience in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects
- Experience with project financials and implementation of change and improvement projects
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Good command of Dutch and English language written and verbal
- Excellent references and permanent EU citizenship with a valid passport
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, 8% holiday pay, 27 holidays, and 13 ADV days. Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance, PME-pension arrangement with an employer contribution of 60%, profit sharing based on company results, and a working from home policy. Other benefits include a bicycle plan and company fitness.
