Job Overview

The role of a BIM Engineer at Yacht is focused on creating 3D parametric model deliverables for electrical equipment and modular structures.

Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality models that meet the specific needs of our clients.

As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating project input data, ensuring the BIM model is accurate, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

- Modeling of custom Revit families of electrical equipment and modular structures.

- Working with BIM standards.

- Facilitating BIM models in cloud environments.

- Supporting busbar trunking system engineers with BIM technical and documentation activities.

- Supporting the sales department with 3D visualizations.

- Expanding and maintaining the library of content used during projects.

- Improving on work methods.

Requirements
- Completed a technical HBO or MBO+ education or equivalent.

- Skills or experience with 3D modeling and real-time rendering software.

- Preferably experienced with Autodesk Revit.

- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Preferably, knowledge of the Dutch language as well.

What We Offer
- A gross monthly salary of up to €3,951.

- A 13th-month payment, prorated periodically.

- 8.33% holiday allowance, calculated over 12 months' salary.

- 5% ADV allowance.

- A net amount of €750 for setting up your home office.

- 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour work week.
