We zijn een jong en dynamisch bedrijf dat voortdurend in ontwikkeling is. Met behulp van innovatieve methoden helpen wij bedrijven bij hun digitale transformatie. Bij Imagine krijg je direct verantwoordelijkheden, zo wordt er van je verwacht dat je direct in gesprek gaat met klanten. Daarnaast word je betrokken bij de groei en ontwikkeling van Imagine zelf. Je kunt ondersteunen bij recruitment en marketing, maar ook bij het bepalen van strategische doelstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt direct samen met de klant voor het beste resultaat waarbij je een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid ervaart in je team met collega's.
  • Je onderzoekt kansen binnen en buiten de organisatie van de klant door middel van interviews en marktonderzoek.
  • Je analyseert actiegerichte inzichten en vertaalt deze naar concrete aanbevelingen en business cases.
  • Je adviseert opdrachtgevers bij het identificeren van doelstellingen en uitdagingen en onderzoekt de behoeften van hun doelgroepen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en ontwerpen van op maat gemaakte digitale strategieën, het behalen van digitale doelen en het implementeren van de gekozen strategie.
  • Je maakt en geeft inspirerende presentaties om jouw ideeën kracht bij te zetten
  • Je bent de verantwoordelijke bij pitches.
  • Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van digitale kennis en vaardigheden in organisaties door het faciliteren van trainingssessies en workshops.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een masterdiploma in een technische, innovatie- of bedrijfskundige studierichting met goede studieresultaten en interessante nevenactiviteiten.
  • 4+ jaar relevante werkervaring in (digital) consulting, strategie vorming en innovatie.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterk klantgerichte instelling.
  • Analytische skills en commercieel inzicht.
  • Ondernemerschap, creativiteit en vernieuwende ideeën om zowel klanten als Imagine te laten groeien.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook een teamspeler te zijn.
  • Flexibiliteit met een 'can do' mentaliteit.
  • Je neemt graag de leiding en hebt ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van mensen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, aangezien het merendeel van ons klantenbestand Nederlandstalig is.
