Schiphol Airport Retail operates a wide range of luxury products in the shopping area behind passport control. With approximately 15 stores at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, each with a unique combination of products and categories, SAR offers a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Business Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring sales KPIs and handling ad-hoc cost price analysis requests;
- Conducting in-depth analyses, such as basket analyses and examining the effects of price reductions on specific brands;
- Presenting your insights and figures to the management team and quarterly Schiphol Group meetings;
- Contributing to the development of purchasing and sales strategies based on your analyses;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Finance or Business Economics with relevant practical experience;
- Experience in a financial role with a commercial focus is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
