In the Global Professional Services division, we play a crucial role in delivering Swift solutions and products to our clients. To support this vital function, we are seeking a Resource Management Administrator who demonstrates a strong work ethic and possesses exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for processing all new professional services orders, ensuring alignment with established service level agreements and predefined frameworks. Oversee daily operations to guarantee smooth collaboration with key stakeholders (pre-sales, business development, service delivery, partners), maintaining a quality-oriented and operational excellence mindset. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of consulting orders, potential new business opportunities, resource demand forecasts, and supply challenges within the role's scope. Provide support and guidance to consultants regarding project management and time tracking tools. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage monthly billing activities for the services organization and address ad-hoc requests related to invoices or credit notes. Assist in planning, monitoring, and updating operational procedures, implementing enhancements that promote efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Work with delivery team leads and the people development team on certification plans for new hires and training on new services. Utilize the resource management tool to generate reports on available hours and capacity of potential team members to support forecasting processes. Ensure the accuracy of entries in the resource management tool and follow up with project managers as necessary. Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.Educational Background
A university degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector is essential.Required Skills and Expertise

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (including active listening) to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders globally.
