About the Role

This role involves providing strategic support to SUN PHARMA's compliance efforts, focusing on product development and commercial quality operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the development of quality policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage and track CMO change notifications, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  3. Support the preparation of annual product reviews for biologic products.
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with marketing authorizations and maintain accurate documentation.
  5. Collaborate with the Quality System Manager to develop and implement QA IT systems.
  6. Conduct gap assessments to identify areas for improvement in global standards and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with expertise in EU GMP and US CFR regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic document management systems.
