Compensation Package

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary package, including:

  • A monthly gross salary ranging from €3412.20 to €4874.57 (scale 7), ensuring you enjoy a comfortable lifestyle;
  • An annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary, allowing you to choose how you want to be rewarded;
  • 24.5 days of vacation per year, supplemented with extra days purchased from your IKB, so you can relax and recharge;
  • An end-of-year bonus in December of 6% of your annual salary, providing additional financial security;
  • Pension build-up at ABP, with client contributing 70% of your pension premium, ensuring a secure retirement; and
  • A DI budget of €500 each year for your sustainable employability, empowering you to invest in your professional development.

Job Description: On-Site Support Supervisor

This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coaching and mentoring a driven team to deliver exceptional results. As an On-Site Support Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage and coach the On-Site Support team, focusing on professional growth and efficiency;
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to optimize service provision and customer satisfaction;
  • Solve complex issues on location, using your excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Collaborate closely with the product owner and other departments to improve IT policy and ensure a stable digital workplace;
  • Independently perform system management and process coordination, showcasing your problem-solving expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum HBO working and thinking level in ICT, demonstrating your technical knowledge and skills;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your leadership capabilities and industry expertise;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders;
  • Experience with Lean/Agile working methods and IT processes, highlighting your adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of ServiceNOW or similar systems, demonstrating your technical proficiency and ability to learn new technologies.
