About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Kühler & Partners International Mental Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address their mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a comprehensive and client-centered approach.
- Participate in peer coaching activities and receive supervision from experienced professionals to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain effective communication with referrers, institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in mental health treatment, with a focus on evidence-based therapies.
- EMDR training and experience with CBT and schema therapy approaches.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus, as our EPD is in Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong enterprising spirit and proactive approach.
