Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment and Operations Associate to join our team at E Drive Infrastructure GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management and expansion of our network of charging points for electric vehicles.

The goal is to provide a high-quality and trouble-free charging infrastructure that supports the transition to a fossil-free future. You will be responsible for planning and implementing site expansion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

  • Develop and implement strategies for site expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new charging stations and ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor and maintain the operational readiness of charging points, ensuring high uptime and quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Conduct site assessments and construction reviews to ensure EDRI sites meet or exceed competitor standards
  • Integrate customer feedback and feature requests to enhance site design and functionality
  • Support the Customer Team in determining site suitability and developing business cases
Your Profile
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
  • Passion for eMobility and a desire to contribute to the development of innovative solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Desire to take on challenges and make forward-looking decisions, with courage and confidence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with third parties and as a team player
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
