Office Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing administrative and office support to the Marshall office based in Valkenburg, Netherlands. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and collaborate with the Global Headquarters in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage reception tasks, including telephone calls and visitor support;
- Process financial tasks, such as monthly salary payments and expense processing;
- Support HR functions, including leave management, personnel files, and training coordination;
- Coordinate arrivals and departures of personnel, including office, phone, and computer setup;
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining stationery;
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with Dutch law, including Arbo and Kamer van Koophandel regulations;
- Process weekly timesheets and prepare reports;
- Organize meetings and participate in event planning;
- Manage agenda, correspondence, and documentation;
- Support business travel arrangements and document processing;
- BHV Emergency Response officer.
- University degree in a relevant discipline;
- Several years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an international environment;
- Familiarity with modern office automation and software applications;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to handle high workloads and stress;
- High level of discretion and professionalism;
- Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory;
- Experience with Arbo-related matters or legal experience is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs;
- Proficiency in IFS Programming or willingness to learn;
- Willingness to follow additional training.
