FMO is a leading financial institution that provides financial services to entrepreneurs in developing countries. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Technical Application Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a technical business analyst with experience in Office 365 administration, scripting, and Power Automate flows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Power Automate flows and Office 365 applications.

  • Develop and maintain Office 365 applications, including Power Apps and Power BI.

  • Provide training and support to colleagues on the use of Office 365 applications.

  • Collaborate with the agile team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across FMO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO) in a related field.

  • At least five years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Office 365 administration, scripting, and Power Automate flows.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and other Office 365 applications.

  • Familiarity with corporate banking processes, such as KYC, Treasury, Risk Management, Payment Processing, and Regulatory Reporting.

  • Salary range of €75-85 K per year, depending on experience.
