If you answered affirmatively to these questions, a position as a Destination Services Consultant with Dwellworks could be an excellent fit for you.
As a Destination Services Consultant, you will deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective local assistance and expertise to employees and their families undergoing relocation for employment or assignments. Your support will encompass various services, including:
- Assistance in finding rental accommodations
- Customized community orientation
- Guidance in setting up bank accounts, obtaining driver's licenses, securing social security, and establishing utility services
These services will be provided both in-person and through a dynamic online platform. The role is project-based, and you will be engaged as an independent contractor.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the local area, including rental markets and educational institutions
- Access to a reliable vehicle (preferably a four-door model with functional heating and air conditioning)
- Possession of a valid driver's license and car insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
- Proficiency in research and basic computer applications
- Experience in customer service
