About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Site Manager to play a key role in exciting Energy projects in the Netherlands. If you have a strong background in managing customers, we want to hear from you. As a Site Manager, you'll contribute to large-scale Offshore Wind projects and oversee daily operations with 80+ people. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing EHS operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, cost, quality, and schedule targets, and managing site risks. You'll also act as the main customer liaison on-site and contribute to Service KPIs and reporting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A completed MBO or HBO degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and operational topics.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Office 365.
- Driving license B.
What We Offer

- Gross monthly pay around €5,700.
- 8.33% holiday allowance.
- 5% ADV allowance.
- A net amount of €750 for setting up your home office (if any).
- A 13th monthly payment, periodically pro rata.
