About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Kramp. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to our business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and development support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with a strong background in organizational development and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business results and improving organizational performance through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, business, or a related field.
