RMA Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RMA Associate to join our team in Amsterdam. As an RMA Associate, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support for our customer returns processing function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify product returns against return merchandise authorization (RMA)
  • Process returned products through our company system, including creating sale orders and transferring products to the service department
  • Enter service orders for the service department
  • Inspect, repack, and restock unused products
  • Work with biohazard products
  • Compile data and generate reports
  • Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs
  • Experience using ERP systems for receiving RMAs
  • Ability to read and understand general correspondence, periodicals, and procedures
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Experience in packing and shipping activities
  • Ability to lift 20 kg
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements and ISO-9000 requirements
