Job Overview

As an Inspection Engineer at Framo Nederland BV, you will carry out short-term inspection work on board ships equipped with our pump systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and inspect the condition of the entire FRAMO system on board ships;
  • Communicate with the crew about the condition of the Framo system regarding performance, operation, etc.;
  • Mainly work in the ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Antwerp, with occasional inspections in other ports within and outside Europe;
  • Conduct visual inspections related to pump technology, automation, hydraulic control systems, and hydraulic oil quality;
  • Report and administratively handle the work carried out and advise on actions to be taken.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • MBO-4 degree;
  • Good computer skills and technical interest;
  • Strong service-oriented attitude with flexibility in working hours due to providing 24/7 service;
  • Good command of Dutch and English languages, spoken and written.
