We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Worker+ to join our team at Job Invest in the Tilburg region. As a Production Worker+, you will play a crucial role in producing and packaging high-quality coffee capsules.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain various filling and packaging lines to ensure efficient production.
- Solve minor and major technical malfunctions or product problems to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor and record machine performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to prescribed hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Record work activities and facilitate start-up or production changeovers as needed.
- MBO-3 or -4 working and thinking level.
- Work experience in a production environment, preferably as a Machine Operator in the food industry.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as BRC and HACCP.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- A competitive salary, indication: €2100,- to 2800,- gross per month based on experience and education.
