We are looking for a skilled Planning Analyst to join our team at KPN.

Job Description

As a Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for creating scenarios and developing short- and long-term plans. You will work closely with your team to ensure optimal use of maintenance capacity and monitor service levels from customer chains. You will coordinate the planning process, perform analyses, and drive the realization of plans for work execution, projects, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in creating and analyzing capacity and work package plans, including forecasting for short- and long-term periods.
  • Ability to coordinate the planning process and perform (plan) analyses, justifications, and evaluations.
  • Knowledge of service levels and capacity management.
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed HBO degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in planning and capacity management, preferably in a complex organization with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights, with experience in data analysis and technical skills such as SQL and Python.
