Key Responsibilities
Develop .NET Core based solutions utilizing Identity and Access Management (IdentityServer) and cloud technologies (AWS) Establish modern DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines Apply your advanced design, analysis, development, testing, and architectural expertise to tackle intricate technical challenges Mentor and guide team members in engineering practices, from software design patterns to testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality results Collaborate with enterprise architects, principal developers, and lead developers across various domains to design and implement the overarching IT strategy Work closely with Product Owners to refine high-level requirements, ensuring clarity and precision before presenting to development teams Direct the technical trajectory of your team, assisting in task prioritization to achieve optimal outcomesRequired Qualifications
At least 7 years of substantial experience in .NET Core, C#, and IdentityServer In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM solutions, including IdentityServer and identity standards such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, focusing on serverless architecture and containerization Strong communication skills, organized work approach, ability to challenge peers and provide constructive feedback Proven capability to independently manage application ownership Proficiency in utilizing Terraform for infrastructure setup and maintenance (IaC) Solid understanding of containers, container orchestration, and microservices-based distributed architecture Experience with storage technologies, including SQL, S3, and NoSQL databases Familiarity with key system management tools like System Manager, KMS, and CloudWatch, along with core networking principles such as load balancing, DNS, and Reverse ProxyPreferred Qualifications
