About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our team at RandStad. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machines and equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Report any errors or deviations to the production team and management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient production process
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; MBO 2 working and thinking level preferred
  • Experience in food industry or technical environment an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
