Global Payroll Strategist

As a Global Payroll Controller at B&S Group, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our personnel costs, which exceed €150 million. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations while contributing to the organisation's growth.

• Salary Budgeting: Prepare accurate salary budgets and manage the payroll budgeting cycle effectively.
• Payroll Provision Management: Maintain accurate monthly payroll provisions and analyse payroll costs and balances.
• Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement and implement optimisations, continuously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cost Optimisation: Drive cost optimisation within the payroll process.
• Reporting: Prepare reports for CSRD and contribute to annual reporting.
• Insight Generation: Provide valuable insights into relevant salary cost developments and present these findings to key stakeholders, including the Executive Board and management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in collaboration with HR and stakeholders.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare documentation for external and internal audits, including tax reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Around 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with payroll in multiple EMEA countries.
• Knowledge of and experience with departmental processes and procedures.
• Fluent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus).
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Experience in preparing budgets and reports.
• Previous work experience in an international environment (preferred).

The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
