ABOUT THE ROLE
In the capacity of Deputy Financial Controller, you will be instrumental in our finance division, assisting the Financial Controller in managing the organization's financial responsibilities. Your duties will encompass ensuring the precision and integrity of financial documentation, overseeing the month-end closing process, and generating financial statements. Your innovative mindset will contribute to optimizing processes and boosting efficiency throughout the department. Furthermore, you will have the chance to cultivate and mentor a talented group, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work atmosphere.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting,
- Experience in an international fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting;
- Familiarity with accounting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS);
- Affinity for audit processes;
- Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail;
- Strong skills in people management, analysis, organization, interpersonal relations, project management, and leadership;
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changes;
- Awareness of Internal Control & Compliance;
- Strong business acumen.
