Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at O My Bag. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our two Amsterdam stores.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of both stores, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.
- Manage budgets for both stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Monitor sales performance and set targets for store staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- Recruit, train, and coach store employees.
- Set up a training program for the store staff to set them up for sales success.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
- Prepare promotional materials and displays in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Engage with the local community to enhance the store's presence and reputation.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a store manager, ideally in the fashion industry.
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to effectively hold others accountable for their responsibilities.
- Natural leadership skills, inspiring people to take ownership of their tasks and become more independent in their roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to come up with creative and practical solutions when challenges arise.
- Solid training and coaching skills, guiding team members to improve their sales techniques and overall performance.
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week.
