Job Title: Quality & Prevention Officer

 

  • E2M Technologies BV is a young company with its main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of electric motion and control loading systems for various applications.
  • As a Quality & Prevention Officer, you will oversee, maintain, develop, and train the organization on our company's ISO Quality Management System.
  • You will guide the planning and coordination of company activities in support of maintaining quality certifications.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for internal processes and procedures to ensure quality, introducing new procedures and work instructions where necessary.
  • You will provide training for the team in all aspects of the quality management system and application of procedures.
  • You will undertake internal and process audits of the quality management system and examine regularly the quality data, suggesting actions based on the collected data.
  • You will manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
  • You will ensure quality and sustainability of production processes.
  • You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries related to quality, investigating their needs, and developing a strategy for meeting them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance Management.
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards as well as of requirements and approaches to Environmental Health and Safety, implementing and managing EHS programs.
  • Certified auditor for ISO: standard.
  • Experience in directing and participating in Safety Committees.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written.
  • Flexible working attitude.
  • Driving license preferred.
