Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape AUTEL's brand presence in the European market, working collaboratively with talented teams to create memorable, high-impact events that align with our brand culture, marketing strategies, and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute impactful events across Europe that reinforce our brand presence, foster customer engagement, and drive lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and retail marketing, and work closely with headquarters to achieve aligned event goals.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget planning.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with external partners, such as agencies, sponsors, and vendors, to optimize event quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in event management, focusing on marketing and brand activations, with proven experience managing high-profile events in dynamic settings.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events across diverse European markets.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, event marketing strategies, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
