About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Manager Intern to support our HR Learning & Development team in organizing and coordinating a bank-wide Learning Week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute the Learning & Development event, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external speakers, moderators, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Manage communication and information provision with various stakeholders, including scheduling workshops and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Collect and analyze evaluations and recordings of sessions to identify areas for improvement.
About the Team

You will work within HR Learning & Development at ABN Amro, collaborating closely with a passionate team dedicated to optimizing the employee experience. The team values strong collaboration, fun, a hands-on approach, and open communication.

Requirements
  • Be an HBO student with prior experience in event management.
  • Be fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Be available as soon as possible.
  • Have a strong educational background in event management or a related field.
  • Be proficient in Office 360 (Excel, Word, Lists, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
