About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communication team at Trespa International B.V. As a key member of our global marketing strategy team, you will be responsible for shaping our digital marketing initiatives and driving lead generation across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital tools, apps, and campaigns, closely monitoring performance metrics and refining our digital strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with evolving business objectives.
  • Lead a dedicated small team of professionals, mentoring and guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Digital, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish being a valuable asset.
  • Experience with development and management of websites, portals, e-commerce, social media channels, and integration of tools at 3rd-party websites.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for optimization and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive projects forward and implement strategic plans.
