Senior Accounting Advisory Services Professional

Are you an expert in IFRS and GAAP? Do you have a passion for solving complex accounting issues? We are looking for a Senior Accounting Advisory Services Professional to join our team at KPMG-Netherlands.

About the role
As a Senior Accounting Advisory Services Professional, you will be responsible for advising clients on IFRS and GAAP matters, identifying goals and questions, and ensuring that you and your colleagues offer the right solutions. You will work closely with other disciplines and colleagues, and be an important link between KPMG and its clients.

Your challenges
  • Working for interesting (international) clients.
  • GAAP conversions, ad-hoc accounting advice, M&A related accounting.
  • Resolving complex accounting issues.
  • Being a link between the team and your clients.
  • Coordinating the team and training the trainees.

This is what you bring
  • Bachelor and/or Master degree in accounting or control and a nearly completed certificate in accounting.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the external audit practice.
  • Working independently.
  • You are familiar with IFRS and Dutch GAAP (US GAAP is an advantage).
  • Writing and speaking the English and/or Dutch language for our (inter)national clients.
