Hotel Assistant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Supervisor at Hotel van der Valk s'Hertogenbosch Vught. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the hotel's day-to-day operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent results
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary in accordance with the Cleaning-CLA scale
  • A full-time employment contract with fixed hours (25-38)
  • An end-of-year bonus of 5.0%

Requirements:

  • Leadership qualities and experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity
