We are seeking highly skilled IT professionals to contribute to the development and enhancement of our Human Capital Management System.
The Role
The appointees will design, develop, and maintain HR-related applications and projects, collecting and analyzing user requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with solid experiences in enterprise application customization, development, and support, and system analysis, integration, testing, and data analysis.
They should also have a good command of written and spoken English, good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, including Power App, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and Dataverse, etc.
- Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS and PeopleTools development
- Web & app programming (Java Servlet, PHP), web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, ) and UNIX Shell scripts
- Database programming such as PL/SQL, JDBC with Oracle database
- System integration especially for Oracle PeopleSoft ERP, with REST API, JSON, etc.
- Software development lifecycle and methodologies
What We Offer
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, with a highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, contract-end gratuity, and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme.
