Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the preparation and execution of food and beverage services, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of managerial experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
