Senior Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Technical Support team at Pentair. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers worldwide, ensuring their satisfaction and guaranteeing continuity and consistency within the Technical Support department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, both internally and externally, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Champion problem analysis, investigations, and provide expert advice in advanced problematic areas.
- Optimize product quality and provide support for service visits to customers.
- Maintain the Pentair - Haffmans, Union, and Wittemann information database.
- Develop and deliver internal and external technical training courses.
- Participate in project teams and assist production with X-Checks to test new installations.
- Provide 24-7 service support to customers and perform occasional external maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and commissioning of equipment.
- Perform remote and onsite plant audits, technical support, and consultation services.
- Conduct remote process monitoring analysis and formulate monthly reports and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strategic technological relationships with Pentair businesses and external communities.
- Contribute to an open environment and cross-sharing of process technology, collaborating across disciplines.
- Provide technical guidance and development through coaching and mentoring.
- Drive continuous improvement through standard work, KPIs, and process improvements.
- MBO+ or HBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Process Technology.
- At least 10-15 years of work experience as a Service, Technical Support, or Commissioning/Startup Engineer.
- Language skills: English (good speaking and writing skills), Danish (good speaking and writing skills), German (good speaking and writing skills), and French (good speaking skills). Other languages like Portuguese are a plus.
- Advanced technical knowledge of cooling technology, thermal processes, and PLC systems (Siemens).
- Flexible attitude, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
