Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Interface- and System engineers through detailed engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Project Coordination
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
    • Foster close collaboration with Project Managers and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Travel and Site Visits
    • Make periodic visits to factories and project sites worldwide to ensure project progress and address any technical issues.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years' experience as a lead engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit and selectivity calculations, and compliance with standards such as IEC 61439.
    • Skilled in drafting technical reports and test plans.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for coaching.
    • Flexibility for short business trips and adeptness at working under pressure.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
