About the Role
The Territory Account Manager will be a key member of the Data Capture Benelux Sales Team, responsible for shaping the future of Datalogic's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets within the assigned area by selling Industry Solutions/Products at premium price, establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client, and planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customers' relationships by successfully managing the existing customer base and acquiring new customers, preparing and realizing presentations at the customer's premises, engaging the appropriate level in the Customer Organization to understand the needs and correctly position Datalogic Offering, managing Contracts & Benefit Packages, managing the account plan, performing visits, managing Price Exceptions, managing Sales Forecast, Sales Monitoring, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor/master's degree in engineering or in Business administration with affinity with IT related businesses or equivalent experience.
- Languages: Native Dutch, Fluent English, Fluent France is a plus.
- Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, strong drive to success, team player, and problem solver attitude, interpersonal abilities, be strong in building relationships with long-lasting customers as well as development of new accounts, experience in POS/Retail ICT, proactivity, and willingness to travel within Benelux.
