Main Responsibilities- Designing vessels according to client specifications;
- Providing technical support to the Damen Sales organization during the contracting process;
- Optimizing (standard) designs to reduce costs and enhance quality;
- Liaising with internal departments and external parties for optimal project results;
- Managing internal stakeholders and coordinating project planning;
- Developing and optimizing product portfolios through market research and concept design;
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a salary range of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. This compensation package includes additional benefits and bonuses that contribute to a total remuneration of around €70,000 - €100,000 annually.
