About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Utility Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Leiden region. As a key member of our 24/7 support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of utility systems within a pharmaceutical setting.

As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will have a proven track record of performing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GMP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure utility systems operate efficiently and effectively, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to utility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards, including GMP, to maintain the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve shared goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility systems maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high levels of quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
