Job Description

As an Industrialization Specialist, you will represent the operational sectors in the co-design phase and ensure that operational requirements are implemented in the design. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the manufacturing and service organizations in the co-design phase to ensure operational requirements are met
  • Taking care of new product introductions towards factory and field organization
  • Structural improvements and feedback on structural improvements towards development teams
  • Reviewing technical documentation from multidisciplinary development teams
  • Defining documentation, spare parts, and tooling for global service organizations
  • Analyzing complex problems at factories and customer sites
  • Knowledge transfer from development to operational sectors and local service organizations
  • Minimizing operational costs for volume products
  • Analyzing global product performance and defining co-design improvement requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in industrialization of high tech products
  • Experience with trouble shooting
  • Experience with new product introduction (NPI)
  • PLC software experience is a plus
  • Outstanding networking and communication skills in English
Location

The position is based in the European Union and requires relocation to the Netherlands.
