As a Promo Analyst at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, you will be the main point of contact for Category Managers regarding Promotions. You will provide advice and insights through analysis and simulations, transforming data into actionable insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing category teams with insights using data and tools
* Developing and embedding overall BENELUX promotion frameworks and methodologies
* Ensuring proper parametrization of promotion strategies in the Pricing tooling
* Monitoring and guarding data quality on all promotion related processes
* Guarding adherence to defined promotion strategies and following up with categories on non-adherence
* Supporting Category Managers in development of promotion strategies and tactics through analysis and insights
* Monitoring and reporting on promotional price index development and market price development

Requirements

* Bachelor's/Master's work and thinking level, in the direction of econometrics or other education with a clear beta component
* Relevant work experience, ideally in a retail environment
* Thorough knowledge of Excel required
* Experience with Price FX is a plus
