We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Energy Field Service Specialist to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Perform on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- Run diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues with solar energy systems.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Education: Electrical engineering or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English (C1 level) and Dutch (B2 level).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in solar energy field service or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
